i stopped meeting doctor for long time

he told me he experienced the same thing as mine before but he really care of it and he got healed!! i respect him when he told me this. He told me to care of myself and change my bad attitude towards this. I need to go consult him once in a week, continue to eat medicine, be a good gal.. many foods cant eat ler.. beef, mutton,duck meat,seafood, pig stomach, canned food, instant food( snacks, kfc, mcD, pizza, maggie mee, chocolate...) popeye's favor vege,brinjal, yam, mushrooms =(, peanuts, strawberry, durian, manggo, coconut, belacan, high protein food...
wah.. better ask me dun eat la... =(
